Consultation

Initial meetings give us the chance to get to know each other and give you the opportunity to show us your project area, convey your remodel desires, style ideas, and budget is. The key to success throughout the entire project, is open communication.  We want to be your advocate from start to finish. At our first consultation we will:

  • Listen to your goals, needs, and vision
  • Talk over different options and offer advice
  • Determine your desired budget/investment comfort zone
  • Discuss Interior Designs and/or Architectural needs 
  • Measure space 
  • Assess scope of project
  • Photograph and inspect existing conditions
Building/Construction
Now that we have a detailed project scope and a clear understanding of prices we sign a construction contract, receive a deposit, and pull required permits for your job. Before we start actual construction, we will:

  • Sign the construction agreement
  • Collect construction deposit and review draw schedule 
  • Apply for building permits
  • Provide you with a Project Calendar 

Throughout the construction phase we are committed to clear communication. From beginning to end you will receive: 

  • Updates on work that is being performed
  • Regular meetings to address any questions that may arise during construction process
  • Full explanations on any changes to the budget, timeline, or project 

Design & Estimate

 Our partnership begins when we mutually give our time and resources into working together. This is where your initial investment comes in; We collect a starting deposit and sign an  agreement based on the needs of your project, and from there we will produce a series of drawings and estimates that fit your budget and project goals. We put hours of work and the utmost care and precision into developing accurate pricing and customized designs for each client.  Developing the perfect design and budget includes:

  • Sign design & estimate agreement and collect deposit 
  • Review design goals and develop preliminary plans/options
  • Gather timeframe and real cost projections from our trade professionals 
  • Discuss and confirm all selections with our team
  • You approve final construction drawings
  • We develop schedule and timeline with material and finish selections
Ongoing Consultation 
As we bring your concept to completion, your satisfaction is our highest priority.  Each project is special to us and when we work inside the intimate space of someone's home, our clients often become like family. When your project comes to a close, we hope to be friends for years to come and are always available for ongoing advice, support, and consultation on the needs of your home.  We'll wrap things up in the following ways:

  • Complete a final walk through
  • Address any questions or concerns
  • Collect final payment
  • Provide a warranty on completed work
  • Receive your feedback 
  • Pack up and leave you to enjoy your new space
